Order Processing

All orders are shipped the same or next day, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

We offer Two-Day and Overnight shipping options at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Two-Day Shipping: 2 business days (free on orders $300+)
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day (orders before 2PM EST)

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

Same-Day NYC Delivery

Same-day delivery is available exclusively within approved New York City delivery zones. To qualify for same-day delivery:

  • Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (noon) EST, Monday through Friday.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM noon or on weekends/holidays will be processed for next-business-day delivery.
  • The applicable same-day delivery fee will be applied at checkout as shown on the Delivery page.
  • This service is not available for addresses outside of approved NYC delivery areas.

Shipping Delays

Please note, AEON AMINOS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs inspections
  • Courier issues or disruptions
  • Weather or natural disasters

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
